Patrick Griffin is our Vice-President at US Weight. Patrick’s previous experience includes management, sales, and marketing positions with the Martin Yale Group, Escalade Sports, Network Commerce, and Koch Industries. Patrick was graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio Texas with BA’s in history and economics and the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor with an MBA and MA in Southeast Asian Studies. Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, watching college football and basketball, occasionally looking for white squirrels in Olney, and skiing in the winter.
Larry Mitchell is our General Manager of US Weight. Previously Larry was co‑owner of US Weight and Heartwood Industries and has a rich history of manufacturing experience including 15 plus years at Roadmaster Corporation. In addition to being an entrepreneur, he has worked in various positions in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Production Control, Sales and Logistics. Larry is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Outside of work Larry enjoys family, travel plus good friends and good food.
Director of Operations
Bob Guinn is the Director of Operations at US Weight. Bob has 35 years of broad manufacturing experience including supervision, production management purchasing and operations management Before working for US Weight Bob worked for AMF, Roadmaster and Brunswick. Bob is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelors in Industrial Technology and a Masters in Business Administration. Bob enjoys spending time with family, traveling and the Green Bay Packers.
Customer Account Specialist
Amanda Stroud is our Customer Account Specialist at US Weight. Amanda has 13 years of customer service experience and previously worked for one of the largest suppliers of filters and filtration solutions. Amanda truly enjoys her work and the relationships she builds with her customers. She takes pride in providing the best customer service. In Amanda’s spare time, she enjoys cheering on her favorite sports teams and enjoying life with family and friends.
Cary Moudy is responsible for Purchasing/Quality at US Weight. He has 40 years of manufacturing experience in departments such as accounting, sales, production, warehousing, supplier development and quality. Cary is a graduate of Greenville College with a BS in Organizational Leadership as well as an associate degree in Accounting and Industrial Quality Management. He is a Senior Member with the American Society of Quality obtaining both the Certified Quality Engineer and Quality Auditor recognition. Cary enjoys his country lifestyle and spending time with family.
Jody Phillips is an Accounting Clerk at US Weight. Jody has 20 years of accounting experience within the manufacturing and hospitality industry. Jody is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Business & Arts. Jody enjoys watching her daughter tumble & cheer and working on flip and rental houses.
Katrina Tracy is the Administrative Manager at US Weight. She has previously worked at Brunswick Bicycles and Pacific Cycle in their purchasing departments. Katrina graduated from Olney Central College with an Associates in Accounting. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
Process Engineering/ Maintenance
Keith Wilson is the Process Engineer & Maintenance Supervisor at US Weight. Keith has over 20 years of experience in a variety of different roles which include being a field quality engineer, manufacturing engineer, test engineer and quality test technician. Keith is a graduate of Wabash Valley College - A.S. Electronics and Southern Illinois University - B.S Industrial Technology/Manufacturing Technology. Outside of work Keith enjoys spending time outdoors, jeep trips, tinkering in the garage and spending time with his family.
Associate Product Manager
Marissa Spitzner is responsible for Sales/Marketing at US Weight. She has been with the company for 3 years and enjoys the relationships she has built with each of her customers. Marissa is a graduate of Greenville University with a Bachelors in Business Management & Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration. Outside of work, Marissa enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Ryan Hahn is our Design Engineer for US Weight. Ryan has 18 years of experience in design and development working in agriculture, HVAC and consumer product industries. Ryan has helped introduce US Weight into the Crowd Control market designing and patenting various products. Ryan is a graduate of Vincennes University – A.S. Industrial Drafting & Design, Southern Illinois University – B.S. Industrial Technology and Eastern Illinois University – M.S. Technology Management. Outside of work Ryan enjoys spending time with family and hunting.
